All Stache Co items are made to order. We take pride in our manufacturing abilities and are always doing our best to increase shipping times. Your order will ship within 2-4 weeks from when the order is placed. We can assure your that your order is not lost and we are working on getting it out as soon as possible.
Yes! A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email you used to place your order. This shipping confirmation will include a tracking number via USPS or UPS.
Once a package leaves our facility for shipping we no longer have any control on if the package will make it to your address. If your package says delivered but you can't seem to find it - please contact the carrier (either USPS or UPS depending on your tracking) and tell them what the problem is. We do recommend calling your local office instead of the global hotline as you may receive better service.
If your order was returned to sender, our customer service will reach out to get an updated address. If you do not respond within 7 business days your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any shipping costs.
Yes! We ship everywhere in the world. The customer is responsible for all and any customs or import fees associated with receiving the package.
You may cancel your order as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation. Once your order ships you may no longer cancel your order.
Unless your product is damaged we do not accept returns. All sales are final due to the nature of the fabric used to make our pockets odor proof. If your clothing does not fit we cannot accept the return. We have sizing charts in inches on every product page for reference.
If your item is able to be returned, a refund will be applied minus any shipping fees associated with your order.
ALL PRE-ORDER OR COLLABORATION ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED, CANCELED OR RETURNED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Yes, our pricing is displayed in USD. If your placing an order from another country please do the appropriate exchange rate so you know how much you will be charged for.
We process our payments via Square, PayPal, and Afterpay.
If you were charged twice this is most likely because of a failed payment attempt. The money will be credited back to your account.
